Group exhibition at Webb’s Gallery.
Webb’s Gallery in Kahibah is host to a display of art works capturing the essence of our sunburnt country. This group exhibition brings together unique traits and individual styles with a focus on the environment.
Julie Hickson uses a method of stencilling to create a startling presentation of botanical pieces. Strong blocks of colour are enhanced by bold outlines and stunning effects are produced. A series of 9 individual works are grouped together to visually entice. Such works as Rose Malley and Boronia rely on a simple background to enhance the superb structure of the flower.
This gallery and gift shop is nestled amongst the local shopping strip in Kahibah at 5 Glebe St. The opening hours are Tuesday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm.
